General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of online courses and digital educational services offered on the Learn Kids NyneCorp website, operated by Learn Kids NyneCorp.

2. Services Offered

Learn Kids NyneCorp offers:

• Online courses (videos, exercises, resources) designed for young users aged 7 to 18,
• Subscriptions providing access to a secure personal space,
• Thematic packs or individually purchasable content.

All products are digital and accessible online only.

3. Order Process

Access to services requires:

• Creating a user account,
• Selecting a course or subscription,
• Completing a secure online payment.

Any order constitutes acceptance of these GTS. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Learn Kids reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. The prices applied are those in effect at the time of ordering.

Payments are processed through secure methods (credit card, PayPal, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, etc.). Some services are available via automatically renewable subscriptions, unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content provided immediately after payment,
• Courses whose delivery begins before the end of the 14-day legal withdrawal period.

By validating the purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts the loss of their right of withdrawal.

6. Access to Content

After payment, the user accesses content through their personal account. Access is granted for the duration specified in the purchased offer (monthly, annual subscription, or permanent access).

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any fraudulent use of their account is their responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on Learn Kids (videos, texts, images, educational resources, etc.) is the exclusive property of Learn Kids NyneCorp or its partners.

This content is protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

8. Personal Data

Learn Kids NyneCorp collects personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data is used solely for:

• Account management,
• Educational progress tracking,
• Billing.

9. Liability

Learn Kids NyneCorp makes every effort to provide a reliable and secure service. However, site access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Learn Kids NyneCorp’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
